Started shooting archery when he was still in diapers...mainly started shooting because his dad hunted and he wanted to hunt with him, so it just developed from there...shot a compound bow his entire life until fall 2005 when he switched over to a recurve bow (the only bow used in the Olympic Games)...was at a United States Archery Team (USAT) Camp last summer (2005) and picked up a recurve bow and shot very well with it...coaches suggested he switch bows and since he had already won a world championship with his compound bow, he figured he could try and go for the Olympics, so he switched to recurve...three months later, Brady became a resident athlete at the Olympic Training Center (OTC) in Chula Vista, Calif., under new National Head Coach Kisik Lee...is a two-time Junior World Champion (indoor and outdoor) in compound and is now setting his sights on making a future Olympic Team...has already found success shooting a recurve bow, winning a total of five gold medals at the Mexican Grand Prix in April and also winning the 2006 Junior Olympic Archery Development (JOAD) National Championships...enjoys anything that has to do with the outdoors - hunting, fishing and rodeo...also likes to play golf.
